Abstract:
Vysokorychlostní mikroskopie atomárních sil je moderní metodou studia proteinů. Nicméně, i navzdory poměrně dobré rozlišení není možno studovat rychlé strukturní změny v molekule proteinu na atomární úrovni. Abstract:
High-speed AFM is a modern method for stuying the proteins and other molecules. However, despite fairly good resolution, it is not possible to observe fast structural changes in the protein molecule on the atomistic level. Observing of changes in such resolution can be achieved, by combining high-speed atomic force microscopy with methods of the structural biology and/or molecular dynamics method. …more
