Business plan for dark therapy

Abstract:

Tento podnikatelský plán se zabývá službou pro pobyt ve tmě. Cílem práce je zjistit, zdali daný podnikatelský plán je realizovatelný za podmínky návratnosti vložených prostředků do 5 let. Dále podnikatelský plán řeší výzkumné otázky:Jaký bude počáteční vstupní kapitál k realizaci podnikatelské plánu? Jaké jsou vyhlídky na zisk v 1./2./3./4./5. roce? Jaká jsou rizika celého podnikatelského plánu? Jaká je konkurence? Jaká bude marketingová a komunikační strategie pro oslovení cílové skupiny?Použité metody jsou: analýza trhu, analýza konkurence, marketingová a obchodní strategie. Dále bylo v práci použito dotazníkové šetření a metoda měření rezervačního kalendáře.Výsledky výzkumu jsou: počáteční investice 800tis. Vyhlídky na zisk jsou od 2 po 4 rok záleží na vnitřních a vnějších vlivech. Riziko plánu je hlavně v poklesu HDP a větší konkurenci. Konkurence je úspěšná - je zde převis poptávky nad nabídkou. Marketingová a komunikační strategie bude řešit cenu, umýstění provozovny, tvorbu webových stránek, přími marketing a výstavy. Cíl práce byl splněn bylo zjištěno, že podnikatelský plán je realizovatelný a návratnost investice je ve 4 roce.

Abstract:

This business plan deals with a dark therapy. The aim of this work is to find out whether the given business plan is feasible under the condition of investment return within 5 years. Furthermore, the business plan addresses research questions: What will be the initial input capital to implement the business plan? What are the prospects for profit in 1./2./3./4./5. year? What are the risks of the entire business plan? What is the competition? What will be the marketing and communication strategy for reaching the target group?The methods used are: market analysis, competition analysis, marketing and business strategy. Furthermore, the thesis used a questionnaire survey and the method of measuring the reservation calendar.The research results are: initial investment of 800k. Prospects for profit are from 2 to 4 years, depending on internal and external influences. The risk of the plan is mainly in the decline of GDP and greater competition. Competition is successful - there is an excess of demand over supply. Marketing and communication strategy will address price, location of the establishment, website creation, direct marketing and exhibitions.The aim of the work was fulfilled was found that the business plan is feasible and the return on investment is in 4 years.
