Cílem této práce je zhodnocení možností a způsobů vymáhání nedoplatků celními úřady v rámci insolvenčního řízení, zaměření se na peněžitá plnění spravovaná celními úřady a dále na postavení celních úřadů v tomto řízení. This thesis deals with means and ways of enforcing arrears by customs within managing insolvency proceedings. It is also focused on financial charging administrated by customs and the status of customs within managing insolvency.
