Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Problematika zaměstnanosti žen z pohledu personalisty, podniku a nezaměstnané ženy“ je, na základě kvantitativních a kvalitativních výzkumných šetření, poskytnout vybrané společnosti návrhy a doporučení vedoucí k vyššímu uplatnění žen na vybraných pracovních pozicích. Tato doporučení jsou podpořena zhodnocením výhod a nevýhod plynoucí ze zaměstnání žen a jejich efektivity v pracovním přístupu. Současně je analyzován vliv role ženy/matky a věk ženy na jejich zaměstnatelnost na základě stanovených hypotéz.

Abstract:

The subject od the diploma thesis „The issue of women´s employment from the point of view of a personalist, a business and unemployed women“ is to provide suggestions and recommendations leading to the higher employment of women in selected job positions of selected company based on quantitative and qualitative research. These recommendations are supported by an appreciation of the advantages and disadvantages of women´s employment and their work-related efficiency. Simultaneously, the influences of the role of the woman / mother and the age of the woman on their employability are analyzed based on established hypotheses.
