Tax inspection and its repetition
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na srovnání procesu daňové kontroly a jejího opakování za platnosti zákona o správě daní a poplatků a daňového řádu. Výsledek provedené komparace spolu s analýzou stávající právní úpravy daňové kontroly umožňuje upozornit na případnou změnu procesních postupů při správě daní, který se více přiblíží potřebám procesní praxe.
Abstract:
The work is focused on the comparison of tax control process and its repetition over the validity of the Act on Administration of Taxes and Tax Code. Rusult comparison made with analysis of existing legislation allows tax audits indicate whether any procedural change in the tax administration, which is closer to the needs of procedural practice.
