Abstract:
Práce má rešeršní charakter. Cílem této práce je shrnout dosavadní znalosti o možnostech v oblasti manipulací genomu na příkladu Danio rerio. Teoretický přehled je doplněn stručnou praktickou prezentací CRISPR/Cas9 knock-outu v D. rerio.
Abstract:
This thesis is a research retrieval. The aim of this paper is to summarize current knowledge about the possibilities of manipulating the genome of Danio rerio. The theoretical part is completed with practical presentation of CRISPR/Cas9 knock-out in D. rerio.
