Synthesis of derivatives of 3-[amino(aryl)methylidene]-1,3-dihydro-2\kur{H}-indol-2-one using \kur{Eschenmoser} coupling reaction

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci je popsána biologická aktivita strukturních analogů 3-[1-amino(aryl)methyliden]-1,3-dihydro-2H-indol-2-onů a jejich dosud popsané syntézy. V experimentální části je popsána syntéza čtyř derivátů 3-(aminomethyliden)-1,3-dihydro-2H-indol-2-onů, tří arylsubstituovaných a jednoho alkylsubstituovaného, včetně jejich charakterizace pomocí 1H a 13C NMR spektroskopie, MALDI a elementární analýzy. Součástí experimentální sekce je také popis dvou metodik pro získání čistých 3-(aminomethyliden)-1,3-dihydro-2H-indol-2-onů z jejich surových solí (hydrobromidů).

Abstract:

This bachelor work contains description of structural analogues of the 3-[1-amino(aryl)methylidene]-1,3-dihydro-2H-indol-2-one compounds and up to date known synthetic routes for them. Experimental part of this work describes synthesis of four derivatives of 3-(aminomethylidene)-1,3-dihydro-2H-indol-2-one (three of them are aryl-substitued, last one is alkyl-substitued), including complete characterization by 1H and 13C NMR, MALDI and by elemental analysis. Experimental section also contains description of two routes giving pure substitued 3-(aminomethylidene)-1,3-dihydro-2H-indol-2-ones from their crude hydrobromide salts.
