Abstract:
Každá rostlina má obranný mechanismus, který jí pomáhá v boji proti patogenům, které ji mohou napadnout. Základem rozpoznání patogenu je elicitor, který vyvolá obrannou reakci rostliny. Mezi elicitory patří například ergosterol, oligogalaktorunidy, atd. Abstract:
Each plant has a defence mechanism that helps her in the fight against pathogens that could attack it. A pathogen is recognised by elicitor that causes a defensive reaction of the plant. Elicitors include ergosterol, oligogalactorunides, etc. The early phase of immune response includes alkalinisation of the extracellular medium and formation of reactive oxygen species - such as hydrogen peroxide.
