Use of micro-traces during the investigation

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na mikrostopy a kriminalistické vědy, které se zabývají zajišťováním a zkoumáním mikrostop. V teoretické části se bakalářská práce zabývá obecnou definici kriminalistických stop, dále popisem samostatných mikrostop a vším co s mikrostopami souvisí. V poslední části teoretické části jsou popsány kriminalistické vědní obory, které s mikrostopami souvisí. Praktická část je zaměřena na pokusy s mikroskopem, zde jsou porovnávány různé vzorky biologického a nebiologického materiálu. Výsledkem těchto pokusů jsou fotografie, které znázorňují zkoumaný materiál 400x zvětšený a podle těchto fotografií lze určit různé faktory za pomoci kterých, lze označit tyto materiály za mikrostopy.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis is focused on micro traces and forensic science, which They deal with securing and researching of micro traces. In theoretical part the bachelor thesis is dealing with general definition of forensic traces, continue with micro traces description and everything that is related to micro traces. In last theory part there are described all forensic science disciplines which are related to micro traces. Practical part is focused on experiments with the microscope, and there are compared different types of biological and non-biological materials. As the results of the experiments are photographs which show a given examined material as 400x enlarged and according to these photographs we can determinate different factors with help of which we can marks these materials as micro traces.
