Ochrana slabšej strany v novom občianskom zákonníku nadobúda iný rozmer. Táto práca sa zameriava na vymedzenie slabšej strany a jej súkromnoprávnej ochrany obecne, i v rámci niektorých inštitútov. Vymedzuje slabšiu stranu obecne, spotrebiteľa ako špecifickú slabšiu stranu a tiež slabšiu stranu - podnikateľa.
