The Analysis of External Environment of the Company Škoda Auto

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza podnikového okolí společnosti Škoda Auto, především faktorů, které působí na podnik a ovlivňují ho. První část práce je věnována teorii, jež se zaměřuje jak na vnější, tak na vnitřní okolí. Vysvětluje důležité pojmy a definice z oblasti strategické analýzy, které jsou poté uplatněny v praktické části. Praktická část se zabývá podnikem Škoda Auto, kde se budu věnovat převážně makrookolí podniku, a blíže se zaměřím na elektromobilitu. Toto téma se v současné době často pojí s automobilovým průmyslem v České republice. V závěru práce je propojena teoretická a praktická část, kde shrnu výsledky mé práce.

Abstract:

The subject of the thesis is the analysis of the business environment of the company Škoda Auto, primarily factors, which influence the business and affect it. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to theory, which focuses on both external and internal environment. It explains important terms and definitions from the strategic analysis area, which are then applied in the practical part. The practical part deals with the business Škoda Auto, where I will mostly deal with the macro environment of the business and I will focus more closely on electromobility. This topic is currently often being connected with automotive industry in the Czech Republic. In the conclusion of the thesis are connected the theoretical and the practical part, where I will sum up the results of my thesis.
