Analysis of the Level of Record Service and its Comparison in the Labour Office in Pardubice and Children Home in Holice
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou spisové služby u původců Úřad práce Pardubice a Dětský domov Holice. Úplné shrnutí metod výkonu spisové služby stanovené legislativou České republiky. Zaměření na výkon spisové služby u vybraných původců a způsob vedení spisové služby. Součástí práce je analýza spisové služby a srovnání mezi oběma původci.
Abstract:
This thesis analyzes the file service agents at the Labour Office in Pardubice and Holice Orphanage. A full summary the file service execution methods prescribed by legislation of the Czech Republic. Focusing on performance the file services for selected agents and method of keeping records service. The work includes analysis of records management and comparison between the two agents.
