Předložená bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou antipsychotik nových generací. V úvodní části práce jsou charakterizovány vybrané lékové preparáty. Dále jsou popsány chromatografické metody se zaměřením na chromatografii na tenké vrstvě. Presented bachelor thesis deals with analysis of new antipsychotic drugs. In the theoretical part, the selected medicaments are characterized. Besides, chromatographic methods are described, focusing on thin layer chromatography.
