Cílem této diplomové práce je identifikovat nejzásadnější faktory, které způsobují cenové změny na trhu nemovitostí (v osobním vlastnictví), a to ve dvou obdobích: před pandemií Covid-19 a při pandemii Covid-19. The goal of this dissertation is to identify the main factors which are causing price changes in the real estate market, in personal ownership, in two periods. First, before Covid-19 pandemic.
