Abstract:
Anotace: Cílem mé práce bylo zjistit, zda existuje vztah mezi obezitou, zdravou výživou, pohybovou aktivitou a ukazateli ZOZ. Dále zmapovat stav obezity, stravování, pravidelnost aktivní pohybové činnosti a úroveň ZOZ. Byl zjištěn vztah mezi hrudními předklony pokrčmo a stravováním, hrudními předklony pokrčmo a pravidelným pohybem. Žáci z 83% mají normální váhu. 79% se zdravě stravuje. 62% se pravidelně …more
