Abstract:
Obsahem práce je návrh nového algoritmu pro segmentaci buněk, který kombinuje deep learning s watershed transformací. Algoritmus byl úspěšný v soutěži Cell Tracking Challenge. V průběhu výzkumu jsem publikoval jeden recenzovaný konferenční článek, a zveřejnil jeden zatím nepublikovaný manuskript.
Abstract:
The work aimed to develop an algorithm for cell segmentation that combines deep learning and watershed transformation, successful in the Cell Tracking Challenge. During the research was published a reviewed conference paper and one manuscript.
