Reverse logistics concept and its analysis in a certain company

Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza procesu reverzní logistiky u vybraného podniku. Teoretická část definuje reverzní logistiku, proces a jeho náležitosti, samotné reverzně logistické procesy, teorii omezení, myšlenkové procesy a doplňkové metody k analýze procesu. Praktická část na základě ABC analýzy prvků zužuje zaměření celé práce. Následně je popsán současný stav procesu, nalezeny nežádoucí efekty a vypracovány jednotlivé stromy vycházející z myšlenkových procesů. V rámci těchto stromů je zároveň navrženo řešení stávajících problémů, které je v závěrečně části rovněž ekonomicky zhodnoceno.

Abstract:

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the reverse logistics process in the selected company. The theoretical part defines reverse logistics, the process and its necessities, the reverse logistics processes themselves, the theory of constraints, the thinking processes, and additional methods for process analysis. The practical part, based on the ABC analysis of elements narrows the focus of the whole thesis. Subsequently, the current state of the process is described, undesirable effects are found, and individual trees based on thinking processes are developed. Based on these trees is proposed a solution to the existing problems, which is in conclusion also economically evaluated.
