Identifikace vzdělávací potřeby ve vybrané společnosti včetně nákladů

Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je identifikace vzdělávací potřeby ve vybrané společnosti. Práce zjišťuje, jakým způsobem probíhá fáze identifikace vzdělávacích potřeb. Také zjišťuje výši nákladů vyčleněných na vzdělávání a porovnává hodnoty s trhem. Všechny poznatky z teoretické části aplikuje na konkrétní firmu v praktické části práce.
Abstract:
The purpose of this thesis is the identification of a need for education in selected companies. The work investigates how the phase of identification of educational needs. Also detects the amount of costs allocated to education and compares the figures to the market. All the theoretical part is applied to a particular company in the practical part.
