The Utilization of Grants for Municipal Housing Construction (on The Example of The Town District 'Brno - Stred')
Abstract:
Sociální bydlení je primárně určeno pro nízkopříjmové skupiny obyvatel. Realizuje se prostřednictvím neziskových organizací, soukromých subjektů, ale v největší míře jsou poskytovateli obce. Cílem této práce je charakterizovat dotační tituly pro obecní bytovou výstavbu a jejich použití. Příkladem je využívání dotací ve Statutárním městě Brně a jeho největší městské části Brno-střed.
Abstract:
Social housing is primarily intended for low income earners. It is being realized by non-profit organizations, private subjects, but in the majority of cases the provider is the city. The goal of this work is to characterize subsidies for municipal housing construction and theirs usage. An example is the usage of subsidy in the city of Brno and its biggest city district Brno-stred.
