Counting Rules for Defining a Public Contract and for Calculating its Estimated Value
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou vymezení totožnosti veřejné zakázky a pravidel pro stanovení její předpokládané hodnoty, a to na úrovni komunitární a české vnitrostátní. Platná a účinná právní úprava je rovněž srovnávána s právními úpravami vybraných členských států Evropské unie.
Abstract:
The hereby presented diploma thesis deals with the definition of the subject of public tenders and with rules determining its estimated value at the level of Euroepan Community and Czech Law on publi procurement. A comparation with laws of the selected Member States of the European Union is also done.
