Skills of the Worker from the Social - Legal Children Protection Department for considering life situation of neglected child.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá dovednostmi pracovníka oddělení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, které uplatňuje pro posuzování životní situace zanedbávaného dítěte. Dovednosti jsou nedílnou součástí profesních předpokladů sociálního pracovníka, které využívá při své každodenní práci. Bakalářská práce má dvě části. V teoretické části se zabývám obecně dovednostmi, blíže pracovními dovednostmi sociálního pracovníka oddělení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a jeho rolí ve vztahu k jeho práci, tedy i k posuzování životní situace zanedbávaného dítěte a samotnému procesu posuzování životní situace zanedbávaného dítěte. V praktické části této bakalářské práce je popsán průzkum, který jsem prováděla metodou řízených rozhovorů s pracovníky oddělení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí. Cílem průzkumu bylo zjistit, jaký význam pracovníci oddělení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí přisuzují dovednostem při své práci, tj. při posuzování životní situace zanedbávaného dítěte, a zda pro jejich uplatnění mají odpovídající pracovní podmínky a čas.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the skills of workers of sociolegal protection of children which are applied in the assessment of the life situation of a neglected child. The skills are an integral part of the asssumptions of professional social workers and they use them in their daily work. The thesis has two parts. The theoretical part deals with general skills, in greater detail with working skills of the workers of sociolegal protection of children and with the role of these workers to their work. In this context it also deals with the assessment of the living conditions of neglected child and the assessment process of the life situation of a neglected child itself. The practical part of this thesis describes the surfy which was carried out by method of controlled interviews with the staff of the department of sociolegal protection of children. The aim of the survey was to establish the importance that the workers of sociolegal protection of children attach to the skills in their work in relation to the assessment of the life situation of a neglected child, and also to find out whether they have adequate working conditions and time for the application of their skills.
