Abstract:
Cílem této práce je prostudovat možnost využití spektrometrie laserem indukovaného mikroplazmatu LIBS pro hloubkové profilování pozinkovaných plech. V první ásti práce byl studován vliv podmínek ablace (energie pulzu laseru, zaostení laserového paprsku a ablaní atmosféra - vzduch, argon, helium) na intenzitu a prbh emisního signálu zinku. This diploma thesis deals with study of the feasibility of depth profiling of zinc-coated iron sheet by laser induced breakdown spectrometry (LIBS). In first part of this work, the influence of laser ablation conditions (laser pulse energy, focusing of laser beam and ablation atmosphere - air, argon, helium) on intensity and temporal signal of zinc was studied.
