Statistical processing of the outcomes from long-term monitoring at observatory Košetice
Abstract:
In this thesis we study issues of left-censored environmental data. The thesis contains description of methods, which are used with such data and their implementation in program R. The goal of the thesis is find an appropriate method for statistical processing of the outcomes from long-term monitoring at observatory Košetice and apply the method on data.
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme problematice zleva cenzorovaných environmentálních dat. Práce obsahuje popis metod, které jsou při takových datech používané a jejich implementaci v programu R. Cílem práce je najít vhodnou metodu pro statistické zpracování dat dlouhodobého monitoringu na observatoři Košetice a metodu na data aplikovat.
