Employment opportunities for people with disabilities in the Ústí nad Labem and Liberec regions.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením v Ústeckém a Libereckém kraji. Zkoumá zejména pracovní požadavky na osoby se zdravotním postižením ze strany zaměstnavatelů a zaměřuje se na spolupráci s ostatními spolupracovníky. Zároveň jsou v práci uvedeny bariéry, se kterými se potýkají osoby s postižením, a to nejen z pohledu zaměstnavatelů, ale také z pohledu ostatních zaměstnanců. Hlavním cílem této práce bylo zjistit skutečné postavení na trhu práce těchto osob a na základě zjištěných poznatků navrhnout možná řešení na podporu zaměstnavatelů, která z výzkumu vyplynula. Výzkumné šetření proběhlo za pomoci částečně řízeného rozhovoru se zaměstnavateli a následně bylo doplněno krátkým strukturovaným dotazníkem pro zaměstnance, kteří spolupracují s osobami se zdravotním postižením.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of employing disabled people in the Ústí nad Liberec region. In particular, it examines the work requests for disabled people from employers and focuses on cooperation with other co-workers. The thesis also presents the barriers faced by disabled people, not only from the perspective of employers, but also from the perspective of other employees. The main objective of this thesis was to find out the real position of these people in the work market and, on the basis of the findings, to propose possible solutions for supporting employers that emerged from the research. The research survey was conducted using semi-structured interview with employers and then it was supplemented by a short structured questionnaire for employees who work with disabled people.
