Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienty se stenózou karotidy. V teoretické části je popsána stručně anatomie a patofyziologie tepenného řečiště mozku. Dále zahrnuje informace o rizikovém faktoru, ateroskleróze a jejích důsledcích. Je zde zmíněna diagnostika a léčba patologického procesu na krčních tepnách, předoperační příprava, pooperační režim, ošetřovatelská péče a dispenzarizace …more

Bachelor thesis is focused on nursing care about patients with carotid artery stenosis. In the theoretical part is briefly described anatomy and pathophysiology cerebral arterial bed. Further includes information about the risk factors of atherosclerosis and its consequences.
