V predkladanej diplomovej práci sa zaoberáme riadením nákladov v podniku, ktorý pôsobí ako subdodávateľ v automobilovom priemysle. V práci sumarizujeme a hodnotíme najdôležitejšie argumenty, ktoré sa v odbornej literatúre spomínajú v súvislosti s riadením nákladov v podniku.
