Cílem diplomové práce bylo stanovit míru příbuzenství mezi jedinci z velkomoravského pohřebiště (9.–10. století) Znojmo-Hradiště, u nichž perzistovala sutura metopica. Protože se jedná o epigenetický znak s vysokým koeficientem heritability, lze jej využít jako indikátor příbuzenských vztahů. Abstract:
The purpose of this diploma thesis was to determine kinship between individuals from a Great Moravian burial ground (9th–10th century) Znojmo-Hradiště with persisted sutura metopica. This epigenetic trait has high heritability rate, therefore it can be possibly used as an indicator of kinship.
