Abstract:
Práce popisuje vliv vytrvalostního tréninku na pacienty s roztroušenou sklerózou ve stádiu remise. Jsou zde popsány obecné mechanismy vytrvalostního tréninku a jejich využití za účelem zvýšení kondice. V práci je obsažená teoretická část, ve které jsou popsány základy neurofyziologie, charakteristika nemoci, možnosti rehabilitace a obecné principy vytrvalostního tréninku. Bachelor thesis is concerned with an influence of endurance training in patients with multiple sclerosis in remission stage. We described general mechanisms of endurance training and its use in order to increase fitness.
