Rigorózní práce se zabývá specifickou kapitolou jednacího řádu Soudního dvora, která sdružuje návrhy a žádosti týkající se rozsudků a usnesení vydaných Soudním dvorem. The thesis deals with a specific chapter of the Rules of Procedure of the Court of Justice that unites requests and applications relating to the decisions of the Court.
