Analysis of conceptual metaphors in lyrics of a Japanese rock band
Abstract:
The study of this paper is an analysis of conceptual metaphors in specified lyrics of Japanese rock band ONE OK ROCK and their following interpretation. The first part contains an explanation of theoretical scope and description of a working method used for the analysis of the lyrics. The second part consists of text analysis itself including the interpretation of selected metaphors.
Abstract:
Predmetom výskumu tejto bakalárskej práce je analýza konceptuálnych metafor vo vybraných textoch piesní japonskej rockovej kapely ONE OK ROCK a ich následný výklad. Prvá časť práce obsahuje vysvetlenie teoretického rámca a postupu využívaného pri analýze textov. Druhá časť práce pozostáva zo samotnej textovej analýzy vrátane výkladu vybraných metafor.
