System of knowledge management in a specific company
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu kvality vzdělávacího systému vybrané společnosti a ověření vlivu tohoto vzdělávacího systému na produk-tivitu prodejního týmu této společnosti. Cílem je ověřit, zda je vzdělávací sys-tém dobře sestaven, zda má vliv na produktivitu obchodních zástupců a ve kterých oblastech systému je vhodné jej inovovat, aby se produktivita prodeje zvýšila.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis is focused on quality analysis of an educational system of a company and verification of its influence on the performance of the com-pany's sales team.
