Abstract:

Tato práce přiblíží historii dvou měst Ústí nad Labem a Litoměřice v období první republiky. Hlavním cílem však této práce je zaměřit se na vykonavatele advokátské profese v Ústí nad Labem a v Litoměřicích a zjistit, jaké množství advokátů se věnovalo této profesi v uvedených městech, v kterých letech svoji profesi vykonávali, kolik z nich bylo německého a kolik českého původu, případně zjistit, zda někteří z nich byli židovského původu a co se s nimi následně v roce 1938, po zabrání pohraničí Německem, stalo.

Abstract:

This work describes the history of two cities Ústi nad Labem and Litoměřice. However the main aim of this work is to focus on the executors of the legal profession in Ústí nad Labem and Litoměřice and to find out, how many lawyers have engaged in this profession in these cities, in which years they practiced their profession, how many of them were German and how many were of Czech origin, eventually to find out if some of them were of Jewish origin and what subsequently happened to them in 1938, after the occupation of the border by Germany.
