Project of Financing Investment Intention in the Company VaK Kroměříž, a.s.

Abstract:

Cílem práce je volba optimální varianty financování konkrétního investičního záměru vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část je tematicky rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První z nich pojednává o obecných informacích, týkajících se investic, investičního procesu, vyhodnocování efektivnosti investic a možných zdrojích jejich financování. Druhá a třetí kapitola stručně analyzují zdroje financování, které jsou v praktické části využity při volbě varianty financování. Poslední kapitola je zaměřena na hodnocení a podmínky, které kladou peněžní ústavy při získávání cizích zdrojů. V praktické části je představena společnost, jejímž investičním záměrem se práce zabývá a odvětví, ve kterém působí. Dále je provedena podrobná finanční analýza jejích výkazů za období tří let, která má zásadní vliv na získání cizích zdrojů k financování investice. Součástí je také zpracování konkrétních nabídek vybraných peněžních ústavů. Závěr práce je věnován vyhodnocení efektivnosti zvažované investice a je doporučena nejvýhodnější varianta pro její financování.

Abstract:

The aim of this work is the choice of optimal variant of the particular investment project financing of the selected company. The theoretical part is thematically divided into four chapters. The first of them discusses the general information about investments, investment process, evaluating the effectivness of investments and possible sources of their financing. The second and third chapter analyzes the sources that are used in the practical part in the choice of financing options. The last chapter is focused on the evaluation and the conditions that put financial institutions in obtaining of the external funds. In practical part is introduced a company whose investment objective this work deals with, and the industry in which it operates. It is also performed detailed financial analysis of its statements for the period of three years, which has a major influence on obtaining of external funds to finance investment. It also includes the processing of specific offers selected financial institutions. The conclusion is devoted to evaluating of effectivness considered investment and is recommended the most advantageous option for its financing.
