Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na sestavení podnikatelského modelu pro Paintballovou arénu v Ostravě. Cílem práce je zhodnotit předpoklady pro její úspěšný provoz na základě zjištěných dat. Pro naplnění cíle využívám různé metody a techniky. Jednou z nich je dotazníkové šetření, které specifikuje cílovou skupinu a její preference. Dále čerpám z analýzy konkurence a finančních propočtů. The bachelor thesis focuses on building a business model for a paintball arena in Ostrava. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the prerequisites for its successful operation on the basis of the collected data. I use various methods and techniques to achieve the objective.
