Dokazovanie a súdne rozhodnutia v občianskom súdnom konaní

The evidence and decision of the court in civil court cases
Abstract:
This bachelor`s thesis deals with the most important part of civil law execution that is probation. Probation has also big influence on the summary of making decision issued in certain thing execution. Probation as the most important part of civil law execution runs in 4 different stages that can be also found in present legal regulations.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca je venovaná najdôležitejšej časti občianskeho súdneho konania, ktorým je dokazovanie. Dokazovanie má zároveň veľký vplyv na obsah rozhodnutia vydaného v konaní o danej veci. Dokazovanie ako najdôležitejšia časť občianskeho súdneho konania prebieha v štyroch určitých štádiách, ktoré sa dajú vyčítať aj z terajšej právnej úpravy.
