Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice sexuálního násilí mezi partnery. Cílem dané práce je poskytnout ucelený pohledu na problematiku sexuálního násilí mezi partnery. Práce je členěná do pěti kapitol, v nichž jsou blíže rozebrány pojmy týkající se problematiky a trestné činy, jenž jsou nejčastějšími projevy sexuálního násilí mezi partnery, jimiž jsou trestný čin znásilnění a sexuálního nátlaku. The thesis focuses on the subject of sexual violence in itimate relationships. The goal of the thesis is to provide a comprehensive view of the issue of sexual violence in intimate relationships.
