Audits of Financial Statements Prepared in Accordance with Special Purpose

Abstract:

Práce je zaměřena na problematiku auditu pro zvláštní účely, v tomto případě auditu účetních odhadů, konkrétně auditu opravných položek k pohledávkám dané společnosti. Pomocí vhodných auditorských postupů a v souladu s mezinárodními auditorskými standardy je proveden audit vybraných položek účetní závěrky. Na základě shromážděných důkazních informací a odborného úsudku je posuzováno, zda zjištěné skutečnosti jsou ve všech významných ohledech v souladu s příslušnými právními předpisy a vybranou částí účetní závěrky, zda vedou k věrnému zobrazení. Výsledky tohoto auditu jsou podkladem pro vydání zprávy auditora obsahující výrok.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis is focused on the issue of audit for special purposes, in this case the audit of accounting estimates, specifically the audit of provisions for receivables of the company. The audit of selected items of the financial statements is performed using appropriate audit procedures and in accordance with International Standards on Auditing. Based on the evidence obtained and professional judgment, it is assessed whether the findings are in all material respects in accordance with applicable law and a selected part of the financial statements, whether they lead to a true and fair view. The results of this audit are the basis for issuing the auditor's report containing the opinion.
