Cieľom bakalárskej práce je analýza založenia a vzniku vybraného podnikateľského subjektu. Do tejto práce sme sa rozhodli vybrať spoločnosť s ručením obmedzeným ako jednu z obchodných spoločností upravovanú slovenským právnym poriadkom a to aj z toho dôvodu, že je to jedna z najrozšírenejších obchodných spoločností.
