Abstract:
Cílem bakalářské práce je vyhodnotit stávající stav a úlohu kontrolního systému ve vybraném podniku za využití vhodných metod a navrhnout opatření k odstranění zjištěných nedostatků. Tato bakalářská práce je aplikována na soukromou firmu Casta dopravní stavby s. r. o., která sídlí v Písku. Tato práce bude rozdělena do dvou částí. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the current situation and role of the controlling system in a selected company using suitable methods and to suggest measures how to rectify identified faults.
