Survey of the occurrence of endangered plant species in the vicinity of the Plenisko Nature Reserve (Forest Administration Jablunkov)

Abstract:

Tato předložená práce se zabývá výskytem ohrožených druhů rostlin v okolí Přírodní rezervace Plenisko, která se nachází na území obce Písku u Jablunkova, ležícího v Moravskoslezském kraji. Předmětem bylo charakterizovat širší územní vztahy a přírodní poměry vybraného území, provést floristický průzkum výše uvedené lokality, zaznamenání každého ohroženého druhu a zaměření jeho GPS souřadnic s využitím mobilního zařízení Poco X3 Pro, s občasným překontrolováním pomocí GPS zařízení Juno SB Trimble. Ze získaných dat byla zpracována mapa a mapová aplikace v programu ArcGIS Pro od společnosti Esri. Dále bylo provedeno porovnání současného výskytu ohrožených druhů rostlin s historickými údaji. Nakonec proběhlo navrhnutí optimálního hospodaření v místech výskytu ohrožených druhů.

Abstract:

This submitted thesis deals with the occurrence of endangered plant species in the vicinity of the Plenisko Nature Reserve, which is located in the municipality of Písek near Jablunkov, located in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The subject was to characterize the wider territorial relations and natural conditions of the selected area, to carry out a floristic survey of the above-mentioned locality, to record each endangered species and to focus its GPS coordinates using the Poco X3 Pro mobile device, with occasional checking with Juno SB Trimble GPS devices. From the obtained data, a map and a map application were processed in the ArcGIS Pro program from Esri. Furthermore, a comparison of the current occurrence of endangered plant species with historical data was carried out. Finally, optimal management in the places of occurrence of endangered species was proposed.
