This diploma thesis is about Kepner-Tregoe methodics which is targeting on Potential Problem (Opportunity) Analysis and its usage for organizing weddings. The goal of this diploma thesis is to apply this analysis in chosen wedding agency and to determine needed process of operative risk management.
