Anotácia:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tvorbou nového státního záslužného řádu České republiky. V teoretické části je ponejprve definováno faleristické názvosloví, zvláště pak samotný pojem faleristika. Následuje popsání historie faleristiky a to od dob křížových výprav do Svaté země až do dnešní doby se zaměřením na naše území a taktéž literární rešerše. Následně je představena problematika současného stavu vyznamenání v České republice a to nikoli pouze státních vyznamenání, ale i rezortních vyznamenání, rytířských řádů (i samozvaných), spolkových vyznamenání a dalších. V praktické části jsou využity poznatky, jež byly získány vědeckým pozorováním a analýzou faleristického, ale i dalšího materiálu. Nejdříve je vysvětlen důvod, proč je potřeba zřídit nové státní vyznamenání, načež následuje plné znění řádových stanov, jež byly vytvořeny ze získaných poznatku. Dále je představena grafická podoba vytvořeného řádu a popsán postup tvorby grafických náčrtků. V dalších kapitolách je pak vysvětlena symbolika užitá u samotné řádové insignie a ve stanovách a je nastíněna další související faleristická problematika.

Abstract:

Abstract The thesis deals with the creation of a new state merit order of the Czech Republic. The theoretical part of the thesis first defines the phaleristic terminology, especially the term phaleristics itself. This is followed by a description of the history of phaleristics, from the time of the Crusades to the Holy Land to the present day, with a focus on our territory, as well as literary research. Afterwards, the problem of the current state of honours in the Czech Republic is presented, not only state honours, but also departmental honours, orders of chivalry (even self-proclaimed), federal honours and others. In the practical part, the findings obtained by scientific observation and analysis of phallic and other material are used. First, the reason for the need to establish new state honours is explained, followed by the full text of the statutes of the Order, which were created from the knowledge gained. Next, the graphic form of the created order is presented and the process of creating the graphic sketches is described. The next chapters then explain the symbolism used in the insignia of the Order itself and in the statutes, and outline other related phallic issues.
