Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá nabídkou udržitelné přepravy zásilek v prostředí e-commerce. V první kapitole je teoreticky vymezena řešená problematika, jež zahrnuje přehled dopravních technologií s nízkými negativními environmentálními dopady a definici a zmapování e-commerce v České republice. V rámci druhé kapitoly je provedena analýza současného stavu řešené problematiky, která obsahuje analýzu konkurence a jejích nabízených služeb, identifikaci bariér vstupu do tohoto odvětví a marketingový výzkum trhu, který je proveden s využitím dotazníkového šetření a jehož smyslem je odhadnout poptávku po této službě. Dále je druhá kapitola věnována možnostem financování začínajících dopravních společností. Ve třetí kapitole je navržena nabídka udržitelné přepravy zásilek v prostředí e-commerce, na základě výsledků analytické kapitoly diplomové práce, která je ve čtvrté kapitole zhodnocena.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with a proposal of sustainable parcel delivery in the e-commerce environment. The first chapter is focused on the theoretical definition of problems, which includes an overview of transport technologies with low negative environmental impacts and an examination of the Czech e-commerce market. The second chapter is focused on current state analysis, which includes a competitive analysis, an analysis of services on the market, and barriers to entry into the market sector. The chapter also includes a marketing research survey to forecast demand for the proposed service. It consists of an analysis of funding opportunities for start-up transport companies as well. In the third chapter is proposed the sustainable parcel delivery service for the e-commerce environment, which is based on the analysis chapter results. The fourth chapter evaluates the proposal.
