Práca sa zaoberá riadením vývoja softvéru s využitím agilnej metodiky Scrum. V prvých kapitolách vysvetľujem agilný prístup vývoja softvéru a porovnávam ho s tradičným resp. plánovacím. Následne rozoberám známe a najčastejšie používané agilné metodiky.
