Reduction of the employee oversize turnover in the production company
Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce je problematika zajišťování potřebné stability a omezování nadměrné fluktuace zaměstnanců. Práce je návodem pro firmy čelící vysoké míře fluktuace svých pracovníků, jež má nesporné negativní dopady na jejich chod. Cílem práce je identifikovat a analyzovat příčiny nadměrné míry fluktuace zaměstnanců a návrh opatření vedoucích k jejímu snížení na přijatelnou úroveň.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the issue of ensuring the necessary stability and reducing excessive employee turnover. The work is a guide for companies facing a high rate of turnover of their employees, which has undeniable negative effects on their operation.
