Diplomová práce se věnuje analýze vývoje na trhu nemovitostí určených k bydlení a na trhu hypotečních úvěrů v České republice. Součástí práce je i rozbor reakce České národní banky a její makroobezřetnostní politiky na vývoj situace na těchto trzích. První kapitola práce vymezuje specifika trhu rezidenčních nemovitostí, účastníky trhu a především faktory, které determinují ceny těchto nemovitostí. …more
