Training of employees for the company's expense, and therefore needs to be improved. The thesis is focused on the assessment of the effectiveness and benefits of the current system of education in businesses and Partners Group OVB. Vzdelávanie zamestnancov je pre podnik náklad a preto je potrebné ho zdokonaľovať. Diplomová práca je zameraná na zhodnotenie efektívnosti a prínosu súčasného systému vzdelávania v podnikoch Partners Group a OVB.
