Předložená bakalářská práce je zaměřena na fenomén práce z domova. Hlavním cílem je zjistit, zda existuje statisticky významný vzájemný vztah mezi mírou subjektivně vnímané spokojenosti s prací z domova a charakterovým typem jedince. The presented bachelor thesis is focused on the phenomenon of working from home. The main aim is to determine whether there is a statistically significant relationship between the level of subjectively perceived satisfaction with homeworking and the personality type of the individual.
