Tato práce se zabývá "nevázanou konverzací" (tzv. small talk) v obchodní angličtině a navrhuje kurz zaměřený na tento jev.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with small talk in business English. It examines this phenomenon and designs a course focused on small talk in business communication.
