Abstract:

Práce je psána z pohledu studentky Ateliéru Divadelní manažerství a jevištní technologie, jako vedoucí sekce Guest Service při 27. ročníku Mezinárodního festivalu divadelních škol SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER, který se uskutečnil v roce 2017 v Brně. Autorka nejdříve popisuje výchozí situaci, kde vysvětluje svůj postoj k sekci, její vznik a náplň práce. Dále je stanoven cíl autorky jako vedoucí sekce, popsán Logický rámec projektu, časové harmonogramy vedoucí a jejího týmu. Po té přechází k popisu jednotlivých aktivit, které bylo třeba v rámci práce sekce vykonat, společně s následným zhodnocením výsledku práce své i jednotlivých členů. Autorka neopomněla ani na uvedení několika projevených rizik, ať už předpokládaných či nikoliv, společně s návrhy na opatření do budoucna. Na závěr je uveden přehled nákladů včetně zdrojů krytí a mnoho důležitých příloh obsahujících užité tabulky, faktury, statistiky a další. Autorka se zaměřuje na projekt jako na absolventský výkon, který pro ni byl zároveň možností získat nové zkušenosti a poučit se z různých chyb.

Abstract:

This documentation was written by a student of the Theatre Management and Stage Technology Department and future graduate of the bachelor’s degree program with a major in Theatre Production. Her role was to be the Head of the Guest Service Department of the 27th Edition of the International Festival of Theatre Schools SETKÁNÍ/ENCOUNTER, in 2017, in Brno. The author describes her situation in the very beginning when she was named to her role. She also describes how the department was created, what its duties were, and who its members were. Then she establishes her main responsibilities and creates a logical framework for the project and important time schedules (for her and for the department). The text continues by describing every activity the department had to take care of, along with her assessments of the work of team members and a self-evaluation. The author also writes about crises that came up during the work, along with her advice to prevent these crises for future festivals. At the end, there is an overview of the expenses and financial resources to cover them, and a lot of attachments such as important statistics, invoices, tabs used etc. The author is focused on the project as an obligatory step towards finishing her bachelor’s degree, but she also considers the project a very important and rich experience.
